Scope of Work

01

Recurring Maintenance

Weekly mowing and edging, with edging done on every visit. Plant and hedge trimming and pruning. Walkways, sidewalks, planters, decks and driveways blown clear every time. Fertilizing and weed control, lawn and beds, at no extra charge. Sprinkler timers checked and adjusted at least twice a year, no charge.

02

Seasonal & Cleanup Work

Mulch installation, lawn aeration and dethatching. Sprinkler blowout and winterization ahead of the freeze. Fall cleanups: leaf removal, pine needle and cone removal, brush cleared for fire season, and rehab for a lawn that got away from you.

03

Commercial & Realtor Service

Commercial landscape maintenance, with a lawn or without one. For realtors and property managers: quick cleanups ahead of a listing, short-term upkeep while a property sits on the market, and ongoing care for rental properties.
